In response to customer requests, Jostens now offers customizable flyers that schools can use when asking parents to pay for the graduation supplies. The flyers also ask the parents to provide the height of the child so the correct sized gown can be ordered.

Step 1: Choose a Flyer from the available choices.

• Scholar Package – parents pay: School can customize price to parents, *payment methods accepted and due date
• Achiever Package – parents pay: School can customize price to parents, *payment methods accepted and due date
• Learner Package - parents pay: School can customize what the parent is paying for, price, *payment methods accepted and due date
• Other Package – parents do NOT pay: This one is used when the school is paying for the graduation supplies, but you want the parents to provide the height information. School
  can customize what the kids will be wearing and due date for height info.

*When customizing payment information, please understand that the parents are paying the school and the school is paying Jostens. Jostens cannot process individual payments from parents when processing school or group orders.

Step 2: Download the .pdf file to your hard drive.

Step 3: Open and customize the flyer
Each flyer has pieces of information that can be customized to the school’s specific situation
(see green text on flyers for what can be customized).

Step 4: Print out the flyer
Print out as many copies of the flyer as you need. Distribute to parents.

Step 5: Collect the information and payments
When you receive the height information for each child, use the Kinderkraft Summary Form to
tabulate how many of each size gown you need to order. Use these totals when you place your
group Kinderkraft order. Process the individual payments from parents.
