Reservations
Please make your reservations directly with the Caribe Royale. When you call the hotel please ask for Reservations. You must identify yourself as part of the Jostens Renaissance National Conference to receive the group rate. Reservations must be made by June 15, 2009 to receive the discounted group rate.
Room Rates
All Suites (1-2 People): $149.00
Triple Occupancy: add $15.00 (adults 18+)
Quadruple Occupancy: add $30.00 (adults 18+)
Tax: 12.5%
Room Deposits
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or one night's deposit by check. Guests may send check payments at any time prior to arrival, but must notify the agent at the time of booking. (Please note: For deposit by check, a credit card will be needed to hold all reservations, but no charges will be applied.)
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.
