Jostens invites your outstanding student leaders to attend Jostens annual LeaderShop, featuring famed speaker and award-winning NFL veteran Keith Nord. During this one-day workshop, Keith will help your young leaders tackle the complex issues challenging leadership today in a fun, energetic and interactive environment.

Every school seeks increased positive leadership on campus, but it can often be difficult to find appropriate, meaningful ways to encourage and teach these skills. LeaderShop helps today's students further develop the leadership skills imperative to educational success.

Students will leave this workshop not only confident in their ability to move their school or group forward, but also better able to fulfill the expectations others have for them as leaders. Keith will also leave them with a mission in their heart: to create power rather than acquire it.

Keith will lead participants through a variety of intense leadership exercises based on real-life situations. Your students will nurture their art of leadership by experiencing the process of making leadership decisions and acting on these decisions.

Keith Nord Keith Nord is a 7-year NFL veteran, best known for his savvy and determined, hard-hitting play as a Minnesota Viking. In the summer of 1979, he arrived at training camp as a walk-on. Although less than 5% of all walk-ons ever play in the NFL, Keith not only made the team, but went on to become the team captain in 1983. He was later nominated for NFL Man of the Year. Over the past 15 years, Keith has appeared in hundreds of high schools and spoken to thousands of students across the United States and Canada.
