Cynthia Newsom is responsible for leading Human Resources for Jostens.

Newsom joined Jostens in 2008 as vice president, Human Resources.

Prior to joining Jostens, she was a Human Resource consultant, offering services in the areas of employment branding, talent retention and acquisition, diversity, executive coaching and change management. She has held Human Resource leadership positions as vice president of HR, Disneyland Resorts for The Walt Disney Company, and various Human Resource leadership positons for Best Buy, GE Capital IT Solutions and Super Valu.

She holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Cleveland State University.
